HOW DO I MAKE ORDER?

 

If you see a product you would like to purchase, click on “Add to Cart”. Once you have added everything you want to buy tot eh cart, click “proceed to checkout”. You can choose to either checkout as a guest, register an account or sign as a returning customer. Follow the on-screen instruction. Review your orders before continuing. The click on “continue” to complete the ordering process. A “thank you” page will display signifying that you have complete the order and providing further details on how to make payment. You will also receive an order confirmation in your email.

 

WHAT IF AM NOT PLEASE WITH THE ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?

 

Goods bought are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable, however if the product is damage before getting to you or we have mistakenly supplied you with a wrong item, please contact within 24hours to arrange an exchange. Kindly return the goods within 7days to us unused and in original packaging with the tags intact. We will not accept any item back 7days after delivery. Please note that items returned with tag missing will to be eligible for an exchange. No shipping will be charge no replacement for faulty items

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER THE ITEMS ORDERED?

 

Items ordered will be delivered between 2days for deliveries with Kwara. Deliveries outside Kwara 5 business days.

 

HOW MUCH ARE DELIVERY CHARGES?

 

We charge a flat rate of 2000 for items Delivered in kwara. However, for outside Kwara, we will need to weigh your order and convey the delivery charge to you after the order is placed

 

HOW WILL THE DELIVERY BE DONE?

 

Deliveries are done through reputed courier providers.  However, for the large orders outside Ilorin, we recommend using the bus terminal in your state to save cost. in this case, customers will have to collect the order at the bus terminal.

 

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS FOR MY ORDER?

 

Payment can be done with your debit card on the website through PayStack.

 

 

 

CAN I CANCLLE OR CHANGE MY OREDER?

 

Yes, you can change any items in your order as well as can totally cancel the order (within 48 hours after payment). You will need to contact us by phone or mail writing 48 hours after payment is done. After 48 hours’ cancellation on orders are not allowed as your items may already have been packed by then
