Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honoured. Mamtessmall.com accepts payment via pay stack. No goods will be dispatched without full payment 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (excludes Saturday and Sunday). You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item.

MINIMUM ORDER:

As a wholesale supplier we have a minimum order 

To be able to buy wholesale, customers must spend a total purchase amount of N50,000 before your order can be processed.

Weight is calculated using Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight, the greater of the two will be charged

National Delivery - We recommend using the bus terminal in your location as this will reduce the cost of shipping overhead.

Please note that quotes on shipping can only be given after the order has been placed.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns, claims, damages & replacements must be dealt with formally by email correspondence. 

Our staff cannot deal with these over the telephone so please do not ask them to do so!

We cannot re-imbrues costs of carriage on orders.

If we have sent you wrong items or faulty products, we accept returns within a week after delivery with labels, packaging and tags intact. Otherwise they won't be accepted.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

Any goods delivered or collected shall remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
